Here are some frequently asked questions and their answers:
1... What is the process to get started?
We'll first email you a one-page simple Info Sheet. You'll fax or email it back to us. We'll use that information to determine if you qualify for an annual return of 50% to 117% on your Capital. If you're approved, we'll then email you a Contract/Agreement for you to review, usually within a day or two.
2... Where and when would I send the Contract and the money?
You will first email/fax the Contract back to us with a check made payable to ARTISTIC MEDICAL SOLUTIONS in the amount of the plan you have selected. For faster service, you may also wire or deposit the funds directly into our company's bank account. We will then confirm receipt of your funds and mail you a hard copy of the signed/stamped contract for your records.
3... When would I start receiving my dividend/profit check?
The account setup takes a week or two at most after we have received confirmation of your funds. Depending on the plan you chose, your first dividend check will arrive 30 to 90 days after your account is set up. After that, you'll continue to receive dividend checks every 30 or 90 days, depending on the plan you have selected.
4... Do you hold taxes from my profit/dividend check?
NO. We do not hold any taxes out of your profit/dividend. You take care of your own taxes. We do report the client's earnings to the IRS at the end of the year.
5... Can you deposit my profit/dividend checks directly into my bank account?
Yes, we can. You just have to let us know your bank details. You have the option to select from the checks mailed to you by FedEx, wire into your account, or payment by Zelle.
6... Can my spouse's name also be on the account?
If you want to, yes. Whoever the name(s) are on the contract, we will make the check payable to that person.. We however, suggest only one name on the contract to keep our accounting simple and easy.
